I see something different. Something that replaces the gloom and darkness that winter often brings. I see.....

It's still cold, of course. I mean, it is winter. But it just looks.... happy.
I have to be honest. I'm not getting a whole lot done today because of it. It's shining in through my windows.
It's distracting!
My to-do list has nary a check mark. And it's a long to-do list:
- Blog posts
- Freelance work
- Guest blog post
- Strong Woman, Surrendered Heart (something new from a dear friend that I hope to share with you)
- Housework--neverending...
- Decluttering
- Home decor projects (bench cushions, dresser re-do, artwork)
- Plus, plus, plus!
Like, vacuum up the dust I see in this blinding sunlight.

We've had lots of rain lately and the SUN is out today! YAY, and it dried up enough where the kids could go out and play for a little while!
